Aiming to be as transparent as possible, all Balla pieces are handcrafted in Brazil using 925 sterling silver, made with 92.5% pure silver. Some pieces are plated with 24k gold at 3 microns or more. Any changes to the composition will always be clearly communicated.

To maintain the integrity of your jewelry, handle it with care. Avoid dropping or knocking it against hard surfaces, as this can damage its delicate structure. Please note that damage of this nature is not covered by our warranty. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or engaging in physical activities.
Keep your jewelry away from substances such as perfume, lotions, soap, talcum powder, heat, steam, chlorine, detergent, sweat, and other chemicals, as these can damage the silver and, in particular, the gold plating.
Caring for Your Jewelry
Silver naturally undergoes oxidation, which may cause it to darken over time. The intensity of this process can vary depending on factors such as proximity to the sea, air pollution, skin pH, and storage conditions. This is a natural reaction and does not affect the material’s quality. Additionally, be mindful of contact with water, as frequent exposure may affect the finish of the piece.For cleaning, use a soft-bristled toothbrush with mild soap under running water. For gold-plated pieces, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and physical abrasion to preserve their shine and integrity.

We offer a 6-month warranty on your piece, but only in cases of manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. Please note that our items are in contact with the skin, and we are not responsible for the use of or products applied to them.

All of our products are handmade with care in Brazil, which means our production process is thorough, and we are involved in every step. The pieces available on our website are ready for shipment, with a processing time of 2 business days.
We accept orders for custom pieces and sizes, with a shipping time of up to 4 weeks. For customers in Brazil, we offer delivery with a cost determined after contacting us via email, and the shipping time is 10 business days.

All orders are shipped via CTT, the Portuguese postal service. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your delivery.

All items can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are subject to an evaluation of the item’s condition and packaging, so please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original state. To initiate an exchange or return, email us at info@ballastudios.com, and our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.
Exchanges for Different Products or Sizes
Exchanges for a different size are free, excluding shipping costs. If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, we will provide a link for the price difference. For products of lower value, a refund will be processed within 48 hours after the exchange is completed.
Refunds
To request a full refund, email us at info@ballastudios.com. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Balla reserves the right to reject a return if the conditions are not met. In such cases, you will be notified via email.
If your jewelry has any manufacturing defects, we’re here to help. Simply send a photo of the issue to info@ballastudios.com, and we will discuss repair options. Please note that repair requests are only accepted within 6 months of the original order date.
Balla is not responsible for defects caused by negligent use, modifications, or aesthetic damage resulting from normal wear and aging.
