We are dedicated to providing efficient and dependable shipping services for our esteemed customers. All our products are sent from Portugal, utilizing CTT for domestic shipments and Batch for international deliveries.

Ready-to-wear products require 2-3 days for preparation before they are ready for shipment.

Portugal Continental : 1 - 2 business days

Açores and Madeira: 5-7 business days

Spain: 1 - 2 business days

Rest of Europe and UK.: 5-7 business days

Brazil: on demand

We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons.

The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to non-EU countries. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.

For custom orders: Each piece is carefully handcrafted in Brazil. The production time for custom orders is 6 business days, and the delivery time is 10 business days, depending on the destination. If the order is within Brazil, the delivery time is reduced to 5 business days. For custom orders, please email us at info@ballastudios.com.

Returns and exchanges

All items can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges will be assessed based on the condition of the item and its packaging. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging before requesting an exchange or return. To start the return process, just email us at info@ballastudios.com. Our customer service team will guide you through it.

Exchanges for Different Products or Sizes

Exchanges for a different size are free, excluding the cost of shipping. If you wish to exchange for a different product with a higher value, we will send you a link to pay the price difference. If the new product is of lower value, we will process a refund within 48 hours.

Refunds

To request a full refund, please email us at info@ballastudios.com. The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Balla reserves the right to decline a return if the conditions are not met. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.


If your jewelry has any manufacturing faults, we're here to assist. Simply send a picture of the damage to info@ballastudios.com, and we'll discuss repair options. Please note that repair requests are not accepted after 365 days from the original order date.

Balla is not responsible for defects caused by negligent use, modifications, or aesthetic damage resulting from normal wear and aging.
