Handmade in Rio de Janeiro by a local artisan, this piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver and plated with 3 microns of 24K gold. Measuring 1.09 cm, it’s available in three versions: a classic silver pair, a 24K gold-plated pair, or a mixed set, just the way we like it.

To keep your ring in top condition, avoid contact with chemicals, water, and perfumes. Remove it before swimming or showering, and store it in a soft pouch or box. Clean with a soft cloth and avoid abrasives.

All of our products are handmade with care in Brazil, meaning our production process is thorough, and we are involved in every step. The pieces available on our website are ready for shipment, with a processing time of 2 business days. We accept orders for custom pieces and sizes, with a shipping time of up to 4 weeks.

Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Please note that all exchanges are subject to evaluation, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Size exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping fees. If you'd like to exchange for an item of higher value, we’ll provide a payment link for the price difference. For lower-value exchanges, a refund will be issued within 48 hours after the exchange is finalized.

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Balla reserves the right to decline a return if the conditions are not met. In such cases, you’ll be notified by email.

We offer a 6-month warranty on your piece, but only in cases of manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. Please note that our items are in contact with the skin, and we are not responsible for the use of or products applied to them.
